Health Fair Vendor Application

This application is only for healthcare providers or healthcare related organizations that want to participate in our health fair.

Directions: At the bottom of this page, you will find the application for becoming a vendor at the BEACON BRIGHT FEST Health Fair. Please read the important information below first before completing the application!

Date of Event- Saturday, September 26, 2026
Time of Event- Health fair vendors should arrive at 10am and be fully set up by 10:45am. The event officially starts at 11am.
Location of Event- This event will be indoors at the Kershaw YMCA’s gym; 2229 W Fairview Ave, Montgomery, AL 36108
Size of Space- Each vendor will have a 10 ft space in the gym.

Vendors must bring their own table and chairs. We recommend bringing tablecloths and other decor to make your booth stand out. Electricity outlets may be limited, so we recommend bringing an extension cord/power strip if you need electricity.
