The BEACON BRIGHT FEST is a community event organized by The BEACON Institute in partnership with Kershaw YMCA of Montgomery, AL. The goal of this event is to raise money to support our funding opportunities. The event will feature:
- Fun outdoor activities for children (bounce houses , obstacle, carnival games, etc.)
- Educational workshops for children, teens, and adults (Teddy Bear Clinic for Children, CPR workshop for adults and teens).
- A health fair where providers will share information to help improve health
- Vendors selling delicious foods and amazing products.
The event is free to attend, parking is free, and admission into the health fair is free. Though the event is free to attend, in order to participate in the outdoor activities, families must buy activity tickets from the ticket booth (in the same style as a fair or carnival).
