Description of Funding Opportunity: This funding opportunity was created to help supplement expenses associated with managing educational programs. If you have a program or work for a program that needs assistance, the funding can be used for the following types of expenses:

• books and supplies
• educational games, toys, interactive activities, and tools
• employee salaries or stipends
• technology that aids in the education process (laptop, tablet, calculator, etc.)

Entry Period and When Winners are Selected: If you need assistance during:

• Spring Semester: The application period is from September 1 through November 30; Winner will be notified in December
• Summer Semester: The application period is from February 1 through April 30; Winners notified in May
• Fall Semester: The application period is from May 1 through July 31; Winners notified in August

Amount of Funding: up to $500

Eligibility Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• The funding must be for an official education program. We will verify the legitimacy of the program before rewarding a grant.
• Applicants must complete the funding application at the bottom of this page.
• Applicant must complete a short explanation that explains why they are requesting this funding. (100 to 300 words)
• Applicants must include proof of expenses.

Explanation Requirements: Using 100 to 300 words, please explain to us why you are requesting this funding. As you are writing, you should include the following:

1. Tell us all about you and your educational program. Include the following:
   • Your name and a short biography. Tell us about your work, your education or professional background, etc.
   • Why, when, and how was the program created?
   • Tell us about the people your program serves.
   • What makes your program unique? What sets you apart from other programs that apply for our funding?
   • Provide a website or social media page for your program
2. What will the funds be used for? Be specific about how this money will help your program.
3. Tell us specifics about any fees/costs that you have received or will receive.

Upload a file: You must send us proof of what you intend to use the funds for. You can submit a program budget, receipt for an item you purchased, screenshot of an item you intend to purchase, a bill/invoice from an education institution or business, or similar types of documentation. You will only be able to upload one file.

For your safety, cover up or black out any private information such as addresses, birthdates, social security numbers, account numbers, etc.
